

Embody from Within
Chronic pain is not in your head, it is in your body. What if we work with it as a body problem? This four (4) week virtual yoga series is designed for those with chronic health conditions wanting to experience their body as an ally rather than an enemy.​​​​ Minimum of three (3) participants required for this series to run, with a maximum of eight (8). No formal medical diagnosis is necessary to participate.

Weekly Themes
I am not going to give you the ten best yoga forms for chronic pain, nor will I make the promise that your chronic pain will go away after our time together. ​That is not what this is about. ​Instead, I am offering space to invite change into your relationship with your body - to be with your body, to be in your body, then apply this wisdom as you make choices from within your body.​​​

Week 2: How to have a body.
Week 3: How to befriend your body.
Week 4: How to use your body as a resource.
