Half-Day Restorative Yoga Retreat
Learn ways to be with the places that are still holding on, while giving your body an invitation to let go and just be held. Explore gentle movements and build supportive positions from the comfort of you own home. All you need are two (2) to three (3) light-weighted blankets and a quiet space with no interruption, and your laptop of course.

1:30-1:45PM Embodiment Self-Inquiry
1:45-2:30PM Guided Embodiment
2:30-2:45PM Mini-Sharing Circle
2:45-4PM Restorative Yoga
4-4:30PM Closing Circle

In order to allow for authenticity and vulnerability, this retreat will not be recorded. Instead, a handout will be provided that includes space to take notes, as well as information on the restorative yoga practice.
