Scheduling
Services begin with a scheduled appointment, available Monday through Thursday in the mid-afternoons and early evenings.
Session Format
Sessions are in-person at my Wheaton, IL office or online via a HIPAA-secure platform. Check with your insurance for teletherapy coverage.
Email Reminder
Appointment email reminders are provided as a courtesy. It remains your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointment date and time.
Professional Fee
My hourly fee for professional services is $140.00, unless otherwise indicated. You are welcome to request a complete list of practice standard fees.​
Reduced Fee
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available for those who do not have insurance and are experiencing financial hardship.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice (including no-shows) will be charged the full service fee. This fee is not billable to insurance.
Health Insurance
I am in-network with BCBS PPO, Cigna (Evernorth), and United Healthcare (UHC) for therapeutic services. Yogic services are not billable to insurance.​
Payment of Fees
​You are responsible for full payment of fees. Payments are made electronically via the electronic health records (EHR) program used by my practice.​
EHR Program

Therapy Notes is a HIPPA-secure online platform used to manage documentation, billing, and teletherapy that keeps your information safe and confidential.
Solicitations

According to the the NASW Code of Ethics (4.07 Solicitations) it is unethical for a social worker to engage in solicitation of testimonial endorsements from current clients or other people.
Conflict of Interest
According to the NASW Code of Ethics (1.06c Conflict of Interest), it is unethical for social workers to engage in dual or multiple relationships with current or former clients.​
Ethical Conduct
You may report unethical practices of social work to the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation (IDFPR) or of yoga to Yoga Alliance.
