Inquiry Call
 

I offer a FREE fifteen (15) minute Inquiry Call where you may ask questions not found here and to make sure we align before we get started.

Trauma-Informed
 

I meet each individual where they are at with the understanding we have all experienced trauma, and the recognition that each of us is the owner of our own body and expert of our lived experience.

Format
 

Individual Therapy and Individual Yoga are available in-person or virtually through a HIPAA secure, online platform, while all other services are facilitated virtually.

Insurance
 

I am currently in-network with BCBSIL PPO and United Healthcare (UHC/Optum) for therapeutic services. Those who are uninsured or self-pay are also welcomed.

Payment
 

You are responsible for full payment of fees. Payment is accepted through electronic means via TherapyNotes, the electronic health records (EHR) program used by my practice.

Good-Faith Estimate
 

As an uninsured or self-pay individual, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Solicitations
 

According to the the NASW Code of Ethics (4.07 Solicitations) it is unethical for a social worker to engage in solicitation of testimonial endorsements from current clients or from other people.

Conflict of Interest
 

According to the NASW Code of Ethics (1.06c Conflict of Interest), it is unethical for social workers to engage in dual or multiple relationships with clients or former clients.

Ethical Conduct
 

You may report unethical practices of social work to the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation (IDFPR) or of yoga to Yoga Alliance.
