*In most jurisdictions, a person cannot legally practice as a counselor or therapist without a license, as they are not qualified to provide professional mental health services to clients, making their actions unethical and illegal. To report someone practicing counseling or therapy without a license, you may file a complaint for criminal prosecution through the online complaint portal with the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation (IDFPR) or by completing a complaint intake report with the Division of Professional Regulation (DPR).

**There are different types of yoga teachers, including: Certified Yoga Teachers (CYT), Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Experienced-Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT), Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher (TIYT), and Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F).
